Ok let’s talk props at a photoshoot! We brought a kite to this beach photoshoot and it completely transformed the shoot! It was so fun and it was a great way to break the ice in the beginning of the session! There was no “what do I do with my hand?” just a great way to run around and get rid of any nervous shoot jitters! It was a way to really have fun and create photos that feel like they came straight out of a romcom!

If you’re not from here, you might be thinking, “Wait… we’re doing what in the streets?” And if you are from here, you already know this is just how we do things.

A second line is basically a mini parade with a brass band leading the way, and it turns your wedding into a full-blown celebration that spills out into the streets (literally). Guests are dancing, waving handkerchiefs, laughing—it’s loud, joyful, and SO New Orleans. It’s the kind of moment that makes your day feel like something out of a movie.
You can use it to go from your ceremony to your reception, or kick off the party after your “I dos.” However you do it, it’s guaranteed to be unforgettable. And honestly? It’s one of the best ways to soak in that just-married magic with all your favorite people.

🥾 I was born and raised in New Orleans.
🦞I could probably down 8 lbs of crawfish in one sitting.
🚐 I’m a big fan of road trips so if you’re going on one bring me along!
📸 Weddings and couples are my favorite thing to shoot with seniors coming in right behind them!
⚾️ Baseball is my favorite sport to watch. (specifically LSU)
